The idea for Mi Rancho Authentic Mexican Food was born in the mind of two men who had worked in the hospitality business for a total of over 40 years!
Aquilino Sosa started his career Mexican food industry at an early age. Since then, he was worked with many Mexican restaurants in the area, as well as very well-known chefs in the industry.

Jose W. Cruz has been in the hospitality business for over 20 years. His successful career in the restaurant industry began at the young age of 13. Jose's restaurant experience spans front and back-of-house roles, operations, training, and successful work for large corporations.
Together, Jose and Aquilino continue their passion at Mi Rancho Authentic Mexican Food with their commitment to delicious, fresh food, and 100% customer satisfaction!
